Welcome to the Scarf & Hat Factory. We are a Chinese wool hat factory  in Hangzhou. We produce all kind of hats and this sample is just a small part of our vast product range. From our head office in Hangzhou we work with a large network of hat factories. Each factory is specialised in specific kinds of hats. For example:

• Flat caps: cut & sew make in wool or other materials of choice.
• Wool hats: heat pressed using a mould. Made in wool , wool blends or non-woven material.
• Straw hats: actual straw made by hand, or imitation material made by machine.
• Beanie hats: knitted from 3GG to 12 GG in patterns & yarns of your choice.

All factories we work with are BSCI certified. We are happy to comply with all the compliance regulations of brands and retailers across the world. If you require other certifications, please let us know so we can make all the necessary arrangements to comply.

Our team is ready to take your enquiry. In Hangzhou we have perfect English speaking staff ready to help you make the perfect product. You can submit your design to us by PDF or original sample, and then we will get back to you shortly with information on pricing & delivery. You can also browse the items on our hats page and have them customised. Our minimum for wool hats is 1000 pieces per style per colour.
