To make beanie hats, we use the top of the line knitting machines made by the Stoll company in Germany. From 3gg to 14gg any pattern you want can be knitted by machine. For the very thick & heavy look, we offer hand-knitting as an alternative. Based on samples you provide us, we can follow the knitting technique. The factories we work with have capacities for over producing over 50.000 pieces per week. Depending on your order quantity, a right number of machines will be appointed to meet your delivery requirements.

Yarns are all produced in Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Guangdong. We have access to yarns of all kinds of material such as wool, nylon, cashmere, acrylic , polyester, cotton, and so on. Colours can be dyed according to your colour swatches or pantone numbers. Because we also make scarves, we can make your knit scarves in the same colours and yarns as your beanie hats to make perfect mix & match in your collection.

Wool hats can be made in a variety of materials. Luxury versions would be 100% wool. Middle market versions would be a blend of wool and acrylic, or wool and polyester. Low costs solutions can be made without wool. Non-woven heat pressed material can be very  competitively priced.

Beret has can be made either by knitting or by weaving. Generally speaking, the models in woven material are more popular. There is a wide variety of fabrics you can use on berets such us wool blends, cotton, linen, or whatever is in style. The traditional making way is to hand make them using straw. For nice brands, this is still the making way used today. A more economic making way is using a synthetic material that looks like it’s hand made, but isn’t.
