Scarves
We have been producing scarves for over 25 years. Our scarves can be fully customised to your requirements. We will develop yarns, weaving, knitting, printing and decoration to make it exactly like you want it. We also offer designs which have been adapted by famous brands. We can offer the latest trends in yarns and printing for your selection.
Hats
Our fastest growing product range at the moment is headwear. Our hats are made of the finest materials and made with the latest technology. We develop new and innovative designs together with our customers. Our customers are both designer labels and large retailers. We can make head wear for all seasons. For example straw hats for summer and wool hats for winter.
Accessories
For most brands it’s important to have a good match with their clothing and accessories collection. The Scarf & Hat Factory is very flexible and can help you make all kinds of accessories to match your collection. Our scarf factory for example can also make head bands and bandanas. Minimum order quantity for the items listed below is 1000-1500 pieces per colour. This is the general minimum order we keep at our factory.
Delivery time for most products is 6-8 weeks. Repeat orders can be even faster than that. Sampling will usually take one or two weeks, depending on the availability of the materials.

Ask us anything
How can I check the quality?
Before shipment we will send you production samples so you can be sure that the production quality is exactly as you ordered. Everything is also very carefully checked by our own quality control team during production and before shipment.
How can I get a sample?
Due to overwhelming request for samples, we keep the below sample policy:
- We do not make samples for market testing, buyer selection or fundraising purposes.
- We make samples to prepare the perfect product for you before production. That means we need to be sure first we agree on all conditions on price & delivery, and you are committed to go to production after sample approval.
- We will charge a sample fee which will be refunded upon order.
- Parcel fees are to the clients courier account, or pre-paid via our courier account.
What are your payment & shipping terms?
We ship worldwide by sea or air on CNF or FOB terms. Payment is in USD by wire transfer. A deposit is requested before we purchase materials. The balance is required before shipment.
Do you make baseball hats?
While technically we can make them, it’s not a product we do very often. We are better at more fashionable headwear.
How can I start working with you?

What's your average lead time?
This depends on the order quantity. For quantity in the range of 3000-5000 pieces, the lead time will be 45-60 days.
What's your capacity ?
We have a capacity of 250.000 pieces per month for most hat styles.
What's your MOQ?
Most hats start at an MOQ of 1000 pieces. Exceptions are more special designs or models that require a special mould to be made.
How do we get a price?
Please contact us and send us your designs so we can give you a price indication. You can also select some items on our website and we can give you a price based on your requested quantity and delivery date.
